On-site Repairs:

Call out fee of $29 for the dunedin area:
Standard Rate - $44.50 (including GST) per 1/2 hour - min. 1/2 hour
Appointments that last longer than half a hour are charged in 30 minute increments with a 10 min leaway.

Workshop Repairs:

Inspection Fee: Diagnoses - $29

Basic faults such as Hard Drive and Memory are part of the diagnoses, this takes about 3 hours but can be the root cause of many problems. Once the diagnoses is completed we will explain our findings to you. You may decide to go ahead with some or all of our recommendations.

Minor Hardware Installation - $39

This covers the installation and testing of expansion devices such as memory cards and video cards.

Major Hardware Installation - $89

This covers the installation and testing of major system components such as motherboards and laptop screens

Software Installation - $39

A per title charge for installing software such as antivirus or office suites.

Software Repair - $89

This is the troubleshooting process whereby we remove viruses, service an operating system, or fix software problems where it is feasible to do so.

Data copy and retrieval - $89

If it is possible to retrieve your lost data, we can do so on to another computer or storage media such as a DVD or external hard disk or flash drive.

Install operating system - $139

We can install Windows, Linux or MacOS operating systems.
